Non-probationable Possession of Cannabis with Intent to Deliver case reduced from a class X felony to a class 1 for probation at 26th & California.  Defendant was charged after a postal interdiction investigation resulted in defendant being charged with receiving a large box of cannabis through the U.S. Mail.
