Finding of No Probable Cause after preliminary hearing on charges of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Criminal Fortification of Residence. Police executed a search warrant and recovered cocaine. Police claimed door to the residence had been barricaded. Criminal defense attorney successfully showed that defendant did not possess the drugs and that the door had not been fortified as prohibited by the statute.
